Customers reported intermittent issues reaching internet services.
Root Cause Analysis
Cause
The cause of the service outage was due to a autonomous process applying configuration.
Resolution
Spanning tree convergence time, the routers will have to build up their state, once that was completed all services came back online.
Prevention
NSENG is working on a configuration enforcement system. Engineers will continue monitoring issue, but it has been resolved.
