Some users of Mac computers have reported an error message of “Hard Disk is Full”.
ITS is aware of this issue and is working to find a resolution to it.
Initial symptoms:
Mac users reporting an error “Hard Drive Full”.

Impact to Mason:
Mac users received a “Hard Drive Full” error which kept users from being able to save new files.

ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause:
Script was run to remove Temp files in the local JAMF directory.JAMF vendor upgrade affected a script, causing it to run and caused an issue with the Temp files in the local JAMF directory.
Resolution:
Script was run to remove Temp files in the local JAMF directory.
Prevention:
Advanced Desktop Technologies is working with the vendor to determine the root cause and put steps in place to prevent future occurrences.
