ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause: 
A VMWare node experienced an issue forcing the system to be moved from the node and VMWare to attempt to hard cycle/restart it which resulted in a corruption of a database .
Resolution: 
An issue with a corrupted database was corrected and system returned to normal functioning.
Prevention: 
CCSO is looking into the issue with the VMWare node.
