Users trying to access the IronPort (antispam.gmu.edu) Quarantine to review or release quarantined emails would not have been able to do so.

ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause:
A VMWare node experienced an issue forcing the system to be moved from the node and VMWare to attempt to hard cycle/restart it which resulted in a corruption of a database .
Resolution:
An issue with a corrupted database was corrected and system returned to normal functioning.
Prevention:
CCSO is looking into the issue with the VMWare node.
