ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause:
2 nodes went down at Liberty Square causing a partial outage at Liberty Square A, B and C
Resolution:
Rebooted distribution switch and optics on the switch in Liberty A were swamped which restored service
Prevention:
Apogee monitoring light levels on all links and will continue to replace fiber optics transceivers when needed between MDF and IDF locations
