Initial Symptoms
Users were attempting to login to ArcGIS Pro which requires a single sign-on to use the desktop application. Users then received the error message: “The request cannot be fulfilled because the message received does not meet the security requirements of the login service.” instead of receiving a standard login screen.
Root Cause Analysis
Cause
An update to the security parameters were not provided to Unicon.
Resolution
The proper security certificate was updated with Unicon.
Prevention
Currently this portal is maintained outside of ITS. We are currently exploring moving support inside ITS.
