Cause
Issue with vendors servers on Azure platform.
Resolution
Microsoft and vendor resolved issue on Azure servers.
Prevention
As this was a vendor issue, there is nothing we can do to prevent, only have staff available to update the vendor when an issue like this is seen by users.
