Our Call Pilot voice mail system is not answering. When trying to access your voice mail by calling 37900 or 34500, the line rings with no answer. Calls to extensions with voice mail ring with no answer.

When trying to access your voice mail by calling 37900 or 34500, the line rings with no answer. Calls to extensions with voice mail ring with no answer.

Impact to Mason: 
Users cannot log into the voicemail system to check messages. Callers may or may not be able to leave voicemail for users when calling into campus.

Cause: 

Equipment issue

Resolution: 

The system was rebooted which cleared the issue.

Prevention: 

System monitoring in place, but was unable to detect this type of issue.
