Instructors cannot access the Grade Center in Blackboard courses.

Instructors could not reach Grade Center.

Instructors were not able to update entries in Grade Center.

ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause: 

A Blackboard update was being applied to the system during this time.

Resolution: 

After multiple attempts to recreate the issue, Blackboard could not find the cause. We tested applying the next update to a test server and the issue did not occur again. We applied these updates to Production and the issue did not occur. Blackboard now has a script ready to fix the issue if it occurs again.
