Network engineers expect zero downtime during the maintenance window; however, there may be intermittent Wi-Fi and wired network outages, typically 12-15 minutes, in the following academic and administrative buildings on the Fairfax campus:

• Art & Design Building
• Engineering
• Innovation Hall
• Research Hall
• Sandy Creek Parking Deck
• Shenandoah Parking Deck

Any service, application, or website hosted or authenticated at any of the Mason campuses or locations may also be intermittently unreachable from the listed buildings during the maintenance period, including voice-over-IP (VoIP) and call center phones, and MS Teams calling. Cell phone service will not be impacted.
