Apogee Outage – Users Unable to Connect
Alert Updates:
As mentioned earlier, Residence Halls are experiencing nightly outages lasting for a few minutes to an hour. To resolve this issue Apogee has scheduled an emergency maintenance for Wednesday November 23, 2022 from 5pm to 11pm to upgrade the authentication platform.
Please note that this upgrade will cause an outage for the duration of the maintenance window.
Residence Halls are continuing to experience nightly outages lasting for a few minutes to an hour. Apogee Network engineers are continuing to work to resolve this issue.
Please note, we may need to schedule emergency maintenance for Wednesday, November 23 at 5pm for an upgrade.

George Mason University is currently experiencing nightly console outages lasting for a few minutes to an hour. Apogee network engineers are currently working to resolve this issue. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
