Impact of the change on users:

Devices on the Fairfax wired networks will not be able to receive new or renew DHCP leases and Solstice Pods in residence halls will be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance period.

Properly configured DNS clients (i.e., more than one DNS server configured) will not be impacted.

Reason for the change:

ITS is upgrading the DHCP/DNS servers. (ID # 221559)
