Resolved Alert:

The Vonage text messaging service (SMS) is currently working with the top 4 vendors: Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Google Voice. The other telecom service providers have not been tested but we expect them to be working or will be resolved shortly. Users are now able to receive and send text messages.

NOTE: You will have to re-send and SMS messages that you have tried to send since Monday Morning.

Initial Alert:

The Vonage text messaging service (SMS) has not been fully functioning since 9:00 am yesterday, 5/20. Users are able to receive text messages but not send them.  The vendor is investigating.  We apologize for any inconvenience.
