Resolved Alert:
The vendor has determined the issue was related to an upgrade performed this weekend. They have backed the upgrade out of the system to restore service. The upgrade was one that was already completed for our instance of TeamDynamix, so we are not affected by the rollback of this weekend’s work.

Initial Alert:
ITS is seeing intermittent issues with the TeamDynamix application. This is currently affecting ticketing and the Service Catalog. ITS has contacted the vendor to report the issue and will provide updates as they are available.
