Resolved
The issues with TeamDynamix were resolved on Thursday at 2:00 PM. The ITSM Tool Support Group continues to monitor and is working on processes to keep this type of outage from occurring again.
Initial Alert
The ITS Ticketing system, TeamDynamix, started having an issue with back office processing around 8 AM this morning. As a result some of the automatic updates such as moving a ticket from Wait Customer to Customer Responded are not functional at the moment. ITS engineers are working to resolve the issue.
