Alert Updates:

TeamDynamix has identified and remediated the issue with Global Search and Webhooks. There was no data lost and the system is now working to process delayed messages. Further updates will be sent as available.

Initial Alert:

TeamDynamix is currently investigating an issue with some back end services, including the Global Search capabilities. The other back-end service that may be affected deals with automating steps within a workflow, such as assigning the approver to a request, or creating secondary tickets from a main ticket. This may result in delays for requests requiring approval. Updates will be sent as the vendor provides them.
