MyHub Errors During Teams Creation

This alert is now resolved. Microsoft and AvePoint Online Services (AOS) have remedied the API miscommunications. An after action report should be posted in coming days from the vendor AOS. Any continued anomalies with MyHub should be reported to the ITS Support Center. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

Initial Alert:

ITS notified the vendor of MyHub (AvePoint Online Services) that the tool may sporadically show errors to the end-user when creating MS Teams. AvePoint Online Services is actively working with Microsoft to fix the Teams API responses causing these errors and updating ITS on progress. Despite resulting errors, the workspaces are being created successfully in Microsoft (and will show in MS Teams app). For requests that result without errors, no troubleshooting is required. If your MyHub request(s) results in an error, please check MS Teams after several minutes to determine if the workspace is present and membership is correct. ITS engineers are able to help troubleshoot any workspace or resulting error while the vendor resolves the issue.
