The vendor has released a permanent fix for the issues causing Mac system slowness, freezing and unexpected reboots. ITS has successfully tested the fix and will starting deploying the solution on all Macs enrolled in Jamf Pro starting Monday 12/12/2022.(READ MORE)
ITS is receiving reports of overall Mac system slowness, applications appear to freeze and in some cases systems reboot.
ITS is investigating possible conflicts with endpoint protection software and have escalated the issue to the vendor for resolution.
