Initial Alert

Microsoft is reporting issues regarding accessing or using multiple 365 Services .

Some of the impacted service functions include, but may not be limited to:

  • Microsoft OneDrive – Access to OneDrive is intermittent.
  • SharePoint Online – Error message, “Something went wrong”
  • Microsoft Teams – Degraded chat functionality, including images not loading.
  • Microsoft 365 Admin Center – Admin Center is loading slowly or not at all.
  • Power Automate – Automate flows not loading.
  • Copilot Chat – Intermittent delays or failures in any Copilot Chat action and query.
  • Microsoft Loop – Unable to open or load Loop pages.

Please note, the above is not a complete list of issues that users may experience.

This is a region wide Microsoft 365 issue.

This issue may impact both the Microsoft Office 365 and MasonLive systems.
