Initial Alert:

 

Starting at approximately 12:40,  The Banner Integration Hub is down.  The impacts:

  • Grades can’t be pushed from the LMS to Banner
  • Ellucian Workflows can’t retrieve data from Banner nor push data to it.
  • Salesforce integration with Banner is also not working.

The vendor is aware of the issue and is working on it.
