Dynamic Forms is unreachable
Resolved Alert:
ITS received reports indicating Dynamic Forms platform was unreachable this morning between 8:30 am and 9:15 am. The issue was resolved and Dynamic Forms is accessible again. Dynamic Forms support was notified and we are waiting to hear back regarding what caused this outage.
