The rollback was successful in the test environment. ITS is going to apply this same fix to Banner Admin Apps (Production) starting tonight starting at 7 p.m. As a result, Banner Admin Apps and Patriot Web will be offline for approximately one hour. This timeline is meant to minimize disruption to business operations and limit the impact on Banner Admin Apps users. It has come to ITS’ attention that Banner Admin Apps (Production) is not functioning as expected following the Oracle patching that was applied yesterday. ITS will roll back the changes in a test environment at 3:00 PM today to verify that this resolves the issue. If the rollback is successful, ITS will apply the same fix to the Production environment outside of regular business hours.
