Apogee tracking a partial outage

Resolved Alert:

The Apogee Field Service Rep rebooted the UPS and configured the uplink to the correct boot package.  Nodes have recovered and service is restored at Carroll Hall.

Initial Alert:

Apogee is currently tracking a partial outage affecting Carroll Hall, with 23 Access Points down. Despite our network engineer’s efforts to resolve the issue by bouncing the uplink port from the remote switch, the problem persists. The Apogee Field Service Representative has been dispatched to address the situation with an ETA of 8:45pm.
