EXTENDED MAINTENANCE

Impact of the change on users:

During the maintenance period, hosts and participants may experience the following service impacts:

• Network-Based Recorder (NBR): NBR recording WILL be available during the maintenance period, but processing and availability of new NBR recordings will be delayed for up to 24 hours after the maintenance is completed.
• Network-Based Recordings Playback: Recordings that were made prior to this maintenance WILL NOT be available for playback during the maintenance period; however, these previously made recordings are available at mymason.gmu.edu > MyMedia during this time.

Reason for the change:

Vendor is performing maintenance on the servers housing the Cisco Webex Meetings cluster. (ID # 188233)
