Impact of the change on users:
October 24 at 10 p.m. to October 28 at 2:59 a.m.: Mason’s Webex site will be moved to the backup site. In the event the site is not properly moved, users may notice a slight change back to a previous version on Webex Meetings.
October 26 at 9 a.m. to October 27 at 4 a.m.: Users will have limited access to Network Based Recorder (NBR) recordings. NBR Recording will be available during the maintenance period, but processing and availability of new NBR recordings will be delayed for up to 24 hours after the maintenance is completed. Additionally, recordings that were made prior to this maintenance will NOT be available for playback during this period. However, these recordings are available for playback at mymason.gmu.edu under the MyMedia tab within the main navigation.
All systems will return to normal operations on October 28.
