Impact of the change on users:

Webex Call Center will be unavailable during the maintenance period. Anyone using the Webex Call Center during the maintenance period will be logged off but will be able to log back in after the maintenance period. Please clear your web browser cookie and cache prior to logging back into Webex Call Center.

Reason for the change:
