Impact of the change on users:

No impact is expected however, it is possible that during the maintenance some users might experience login issues with applications using the Shibboleth/Central Authentication Service (CAS) service.

If you experience issues authenticating using Shibboleth or CAS after the maintenance period, please contact the ITS Support Center at 703-993-8870 or support@gmu.edu.

Reason for the change:

The vendor is upgrading Shibboleth/CAS to address security vulnerabilities. (ID # 232174)
