Impact of the change on users:

The phone service for GMU Police Dispatch will be undergoing maintenance on 3/27/2025 starting at 9:30 AM. The rest of the time will be spent monitoring the production environment.

Reason for the change:

The vendor will be implementing a new system, and phone numbers will be ported to Vonage. (ID 576352)
