Password Website Maintenance & Duo Upgrade

Impact of the change on users:
There is no expected outage of the Patriot Pass Password Management website during the maintenance period.

The upgrade will result in a new look to the prompt users receive when verifying their identities when signing into the Password Management site.

When the upgraded prompt loads on Mason’s web page, the browser will redirect to a Duo-hosted page to verify your login attempt and then redirect you back to the application you are signing into.

The Remember Me function is being replaced with Trust this browser function. Do not use this function to authenticate on a shared or public computer.
