Impact of the change on users: MicroStrategy Production Web Access (microstrategy.gmu.edu) will be unavailable during the maintenance period. This will impact all enabled MicroStrategy users who run reports. In addition, this will impact all faculty and staff authorized for MicroStrategy using LDAP who also run MicroStrategy Mason Summary Reports. Access to MicroStrategy Production Web will be restored when the upgrade is complete.

Reason for the change: ITS is upgrading MicroStrategy 2021 for new enhancements and fixes as well as upgrading server software. (ID # 227225)
