Impact of the change on users:

On Wednesday, May 14, ITS will migrate the Service Catalog on the ITS website (its.gmu.edu) to TeamDynamix (TDX), a ticketing system. During the maintenance period, users may still see services on the ITS website (its.gmu.edu) or in the TDX. Users will still be able to request services using the appropriate buttons from either site.
