Impact of the change on users:

Authorized IPControl users will not be able to make DNS or DHCP changes while the server is restarted, which will take a few minutes. Properly configured DNS clients (i.e., more than one DNS server configured) will not be impacted.

Reason for the change:

ITS is renewing the certificate for the IPControl server. (ID #235141)
