Impact of the change on users:

Authorized IPControl GUI users will not be able to make DNS or DHCP changes while the upgrade is in progress on the Executives. Due to the severity of the vulnerability, updates may occur during business hours; however, only one IPAM server will be updated at a time.

Properly configured DNS clients (i.e., more than one DNS server configured) will not be impacted.

Reason for the change:

ITS is upgrading the operating system and IPControl software. (ID # 228744)
