Impact of the change on users:

ITS will be temporarily replacing a DNS server during the maintenance period. Properly configured DNS and NTP clients (i.e., more than one DNS or NTP server configured) will not be impacted.

Reason for the change:

ITS is temporarily replacing a DNS server in order to apply upgrades. (ID # 203835)
