Impact of the change on users:

There will be rolling outages, lasting approximately 5 minutes following services during the maintenance period:

• Banner Test Server
• Banner 9 Application Navigator
• Banner Admin Apps
• Banner 9
• Banner Access Management
• Classroom VDI Storefront

Additionally, users will not be able to make new connections to the Citrix Virtual Lab during the maintenance period.
