Impact of the change on users: 

No impact is expected unless there is a power interruption of longer than 30 minutes from the utility power source. In an emergency, the generator can be brought back online within 1 hour. In the event of a power interruption, the uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) will provide power until the utility power source or generator come online.
