There will be no impact on WiFi services. But after it, users will need to manually reconnect to the campus Wi-Fi and accept the new security certificate the first time they connect. This is a one-time step required to restore Wi-Fi access.

Impact of the change on users:
MicroStrategy PROD will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Users will not have access to MicroStrategy, and the data warehouse refresh will pause during the maintenance window. On Sunday, July 26, the data refresh will resume and include all data since the last refresh on Friday.
ITS will notify the MicroStrategy user community of the planned outage via alert messages within MicroStrategy and standard ITS outage notifications.
