Macs running macOS 15 will be upgraded to macOS 27 during the maintenance window. Devices will restart as part of the macOS upgrade process, and users will be prompted to complete Platform Single Sign-On (PSSO) registration. Brief interruptions to normal use are expected during operating system installation and Platform SSO enrollment. This is not a university-wide service outage; the maintenance is targeted to ITS, and all impact is limited to ITS users.
TS is expanding the Platform Single Sign-On (PSSO) pilot to eligible ITS-managed Mac devices to validate functionality across a broader group of users, identify authentication and deployment issues, and gather feedback before wider adoption. As part of this effort, participating devices running macOS 15 will be upgraded to macOS 27 because Platform SSO requires macOS 26 or later.
During the maintenance window, users will not be able to access TeamDynamix Sandbox services. The following services are expected to be unavailable:
