Impact of the change on users:

Public websites that run on the SiteMasonry Content Management System (CMS) will remain available to visitors. However, anyone who edits content in SiteMasonry—such as web managers, content editors, and points of contact—should log out before 4:00 p.m. because any edits made during the maintenance window may not be saved.

Reason for the change:

The SiteMasonry team is performing routine system maintenance. As part of this work, the current distributed content tool is being replaced with a new vendor‑supported content synchronization module to improve long‑term reliability. (ID # 769623)

The Atlas Ellucian, Imaging & Admissions Web Servers will be unavailable during the maintenance period while they reboot.

mason.gmu.edu Maintenance

Impact of the change on users:

mason.gmu.edu will be unavailable during the scheduled maintenance window. Users will not be able to access the site during this outage.

Reason for the change:

Information Technology Services (ITS) is applying routine security updates to address several Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs). (ID # 767873)

BeyondTrust Remote Support Maintenance

Impact of the change on users:

BeyondTrust Remote Support will experience an outage during this maintenance window. Users may be unable to start or receive remote support sessions until the work is complete.

Reason for the change:

This maintenance applies important security fixes to keep the Remote Support service protected and operating reliably. No new features or enhancements are included.
