I recently had two tickets for authentication services, one was an update that required a quick response and the other was a new request that required some troubleshooting with a vendor. No matter who was assigned, both guys responded and picked up if the other one was out. Any urgency we had with the tickets was taken care of with quick response and expertise from these two. Really appreciate the attention and follow up, easing the process and making it very efficient!

I’d like to nominate Larry Song for his outstanding support on our TouchNET Banner Connect migration project.
Larry configured the new TouchNET URLs on Azure Application Gateway for both the production and test environments, replacing the legacy F5 URLs. He worked patiently with me through testing configuration changes and troubleshooting to ensure everything functioned smoothly.
His technical expertise, teamwork, and willingness to help were key to the successful migration to the new platform and supported the university’s cloud efforts. I truly appreciate his teamwork.
