Nico Clemente
Nico has consistently been a great team member. Before I worked on application upgrades, Nico always helped setup snapshot backups to ensure a smooth process. During a major upgrade of the Imaging system, I encountered an issue and had to ask Nico to restore from a snapshot backup. Despite it being a weekend evening, Nico responded immediately and resolved the problem. This quick action was critical because it was a production system, and thanks to Nico’s support, the upgrade was eventually completed successfully.
