The VPN was not authenticating properly kept recycling trying to connect.
Initial symptoms:
Users could not connect to the VPN.

Impact to Mason:
Users were not able to log into VPN client.

ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause:
The Fairfax ASA was not authenticating properly, could not resolve name.
Resolution:
Moved to DR VPN while rebooting the Fairfax VPN,
once rebooted all service was restored, moved VPN back to Fairfax.
Prevention:
Monitoring ASA VPN, called the vendor to see why this happen, and have vendor check for any bugs.
