ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause:
Vendor found that the load on the server was causing an issue.
Resolution:
Vendor performed maintenance to resolve the issue.
Prevention:
Vendor related. The vendor is increasing monitoring to help alleviate future concerns.
