ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS
Cause:
Stream2 service went down due to a server issue
Resolution:
Apogee worked with our vendor to create a bypass to the server.
Prevention:
Apogee also following up with vendor to make sure 2 databases are in sync. Service was restored after bypass was initiated.
