End user equipment-home router with Mason phone

End user could not use the phone service, as another Mason user could not as well, Rebooting helped all others but the one in particular.
Main telecom users had issues with their Mason phones. Felt it was a universal issue that ended up being very limited.

Impact to Mason:
Users could not get a dial tone
Other Affected Services:
Telephone, Mason lines only.
End user equipment-router.
Routers and end user equipment rebooted resolved all issues but one. This user had to work with networking to resolve it further.
