Users may have experienced intermittent outages, depending on what services they were using at the time the issue occurred.
Prepping the new firewall for the upgrade on the Sept 26. Configuring a port Channel in the DR New Firewall, caused a loop, thus causing intermittent network issues.
Engineers removed the port channel removed the loop.
After discussions with the vendor, better test time using after hours, or maintenance.
