The issue was first noticed on a call with Informatica Support. We were not able to navigate through the Informatica UI or access/run assets. Error message stating “Session Id is not valid” kept occurring.
Users could not log in to Informatica platform.
Issue on the Vendor’s platform.
Informatica resolved issue and notified customers.
Incident was a result of an issue on the Informatica vendor side. Will continue to keep team and Informatica Support aware of any issues/outages experienced as soon as they arise.
