There was a download issue that affected multiple clients.
Initial symptoms:
Customers reported not being able to download files from Blackboard, receiving an error message “HTTP 530 error.”

Cause:
Vendor site had an issue
Resolution:
Vendor identified the cause of the HTTP 5320 errors and fixed the issue.
Prevention:
Vendor is putting new processes in place.
