Resolved Alert:

The emergency maintenance for Taylor Hall 3rd floor was successful and is complete. The Apogee Field Service Representative cleaned the fiber patch cable ends, optic and fiber tray. Apogee Network Engineers have confirmed that light levels look good and service has been restored. Apogee will continue to monitor over the next 24 hours but we believe the issue has been resolved.

Apogee has scheduled an Emergency Maintenance for the fiber link at Taylor Hall 3rd Floor as light levels are very low. User impact will be intermittent internet service for Taylor Hall 3rd Floor residents during maintenance window.
