Getting This Service
How to Access
This software is currently available to faculty and staff in CEC, CEHD, COS, and SBUS. If you are in one of these units, please contact the ITS Support Center to submit a request.
If you are not in one of these units and would like to discuss having your unit added, please contact Jonathan Goldman at jgoldman@gmu.edu.
JMP Pro may be installed on personal computers by students enrolled in classes using the product. Please contact your instructor for instructions.

Getting Help
ITS may provide these software applications via Software Center, JAMF, or other endpoint management systems. ITS staff may assist users in installing the application for supported operating systems. ITS staff have not necessarily received training on the application and do not support the functional operation of the application but will refer users to self-support sites, Mason instructors, vendors, or departmental support when known.
