The IT Project Inventory is an online tool hosted on Project Online service for ITS project management and tracking needs. It houses project inventory, details, templates, and document repositories; a collaborative workspace for project teams; a scheduling interface; and an automated workflow process. Additionally, the Inventory site houses the details related to the Investment Business Cases.
Getting This Service
The list of projects tracked in the Project Inventory is available to all employees via the IT Projects Dashboard. Project Inventory and the Business Case list are restricted to those who manage and update projects on the Inventory. Request access to the Portfolio and Project Management details beyond the dashboard via the Request Portfolio and Project Management button; all requests are reviewed by the Portfolio & Project Management Office (PPMO).
The Project Inventory is a SharePoint-based site created in Project Online and is part of the overall Microsoft Office 365 application suite which requires Duo 2FA.
